It was incorporated in December of 1988 and operates predominantly in Spain. Its registered head office is strategically located in Sabadell in Barcelona. The company is focused on the conception, design and development of complex commercial property projects, industrial buildings, and warehouses. It also builds new single-family housing, such as single-family detached houses and town houses, and multifamily residential housing units such as town house apartments and condominiums. The company's Technical department, together with external professionals, designs and develops buildings with the highest structural and environmental quality referred to the effective economic resources by means of traditional materials and techniques and innovative technologies as well. From its designs, the company enables its clients to distinguish a particular care for the architectural details, for the materials, and for the maintenance of the original features of the historical/environmental context. It executes every design in accordance with either the customer's expectations or the actual requirements from the environment that a skilled group of professional people and workers satisfy.
