It was incorporated in October of 2002 and has its registered head office in the Sabadell, Barcelona, Spain. The company performs the function of a management and holding company for the companies allocated to it. It holds Auric Pool, Astral Pool S.A., European Corner SA, and Swimco Corp. Sociedad Limitada. The subsidiary Astra Pool is a Spanish multinational working in the field of manufacturing and distribution of systems and equipment for swimming pools - both residential and commercial - water parks, wellness centers and pool water heating. It distributes its products from its headquarters in Sabadell (Barcelona) to 170 countries and has 100 offices in Australia, Austria, Bulgaria, Chile, China, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Ecuador, Spain, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Italy, Malaysia, Morocco, Mexico, Nigeria, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. The company has also incorporated three Spanish holding companies into its structure - the SNTE Agua Group S.A., Cepex Holding S.A. and Neokem Grup S.A., thereby expanding its area of business. With these acquisitions, the company has reinforced its leadership in the swimming pool and chemical pool water treatment sector, with brands as well-known as AstralPool and CTX (de Neokem). The company has 43 factories and 136 branches in 30 countries around the world. It has further expanded its business to new water related sectors, including domestic and industrial water treatment and fluid handling.
